POLICIES

We are committed to providing a refined, professional experience for every client. Please review all policies carefully before booking.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

- Full payment is required at the time of booking.

- Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

- Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

LATE ARRIVALS

- A 10-minute grace period is provided.

Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will incur a late fee.

- Arrivals between 30–45 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation without refund.

- To maintain the quality and integrity of each service, appointments cannot be rushed.

PRODUCT SAFETY & MMA POLICY

- We do not use MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) in any services.

- Only professional-grade, salon-quality products are used to protect the health and long-term integrity of your natural nails.

- If previous enhancements were applied using MMA, a full removal will be required before new service can begin. 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

- Cancellations made 48 hours (2 days) prior to your appointment are eligible for a full refund.

- Cancellations made 24 hours (1 day) prior to your appointment will receive 50% of the service total refunded.

- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable

NO REFUND POLICY (COMPLETED SERVICES)

- Due to the custom nature of nail services, all completed services are final sale.

- If lifting or breakage occurs within 72 hours of your appointment, please contact us for a complimentary adjustment.

- Repairs requested after 72 hours will incur a service fee.

GUEST POLICY

To maintain a serene and calm environment:

- Clients are allow up to 1 additional guests. 
- Pets are accepted.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

- Clients may reschedule their appointment up to three (3) times without additional charge, provided proper notice is given.

- Additional reschedules beyond three will require a new booking and full payment.

FOREIGN WORK POLICY

- We do not guarantee fills or repairs over another technician’s work.

- A complete soak-off may be required prior to service.
- Removal fees may apply.

We reserve the right to decline service if the integrity of the product or natural nail is compromised.

HEALTH & SANITATION

- Clients must disclose any nail fungus, infections, open wounds, or medical conditions prior to service.

- For safety and sanitation reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service when necessary.
